This timeless recipe recreates the popular Gold Rush cocktail with the addition of Drømme Calm. The dash of bitters balances and blends beautifully with the sweet, tart tastes of honey, lemon, and the subtle herbal notes from Drømme.

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice

  • ¾ oz Honey Syrup

  • 1 oz Bourbon

  • Bitters

  • Lemon Peel

  • 1 ½ oz Drømme Calm

Instructions

  1. Mix ¾ oz lemon juice, ¾ oz honey syrup, 1 ½ oz Drømme Calm, and 1 oz bourbon in a tin with ice and shake

  2. Strain and pour over ice into a Double Rocks glass

  3. Add two dashes of bitters across the top and squeeze oil from the lemon peel over the top of drink

  4. Garnish with lemon peel
