Bohemian Raspberry

The bohemian raspberry cocktail is fruity and fresh. It’s a light gin drink, effervescent and bursting with the sweet and tangy tastes of raspberries and lime. Drømme Awake adds even more pleasure with the tropical notes of watermelon and guava.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Raspberries

  • ¾ oz Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz Agave Syrup

  • Kosher Salt

  • 1 ½ oz Drømme Awake

  • 1 oz Gin

  • Flower Pedal (optional)

Instructions

  1. Muddle 4 raspberries in a tin and add ¾ oz lime juice, ¾ oz agave syrup, 1 ½ oz Drømme Awake, 1 oz gin, pinch of kosher salt with ice, and shake.

  2. Double strain over ice and pour into a Highball glass

  3. Add a flower pedal or raspberry for garnish
